Therapy via webcam is not appropriate for some crisis situations. If you believe there is a danger to yourself or others please call 911 or visit your local hospital emergency room.

    Guidelines for Therapy via webcam

Become familiar with the way your webcam works, so you do not have to waste valuable therapy time.

Your therapist will be online with you for the entire session. He or she will dedicate the entire time to you. Nobody else will be chatting with the therapist during your appointment. It is important that you also dedicate yourself 100% to your session.
