Technical Difficulties will inevitably occur. Be patient, you'll be up and running in no time!
Technical difficulties during a session
- Your therapist will wait 5 minutes to see if you can reconnect the session
- He or she will attempt to contact you by phone
- If you do not receive a phone call after 5 minutes, or you are away from your phone, please call your therapist
- Together, you and your therapist will determine whether it is best to
- Work on solving the technical problem together.
- Finish the session over the telephone.
- Postpone or cancel the remainder of the session.
Common problem areas
Problems may be broken down into the following areas. If your problem is still not solved after trying these steps, try one of the sample sites below.

- Plug something else into the same outlet to make sure that the outlet is working.
- Check the manufacturer's website for that product

- Check all connections to ensure they are secure...Disconnect and reconnect them for double assurance.
- Turn everything off, wait 5 seconds and turn everything on again. This helps the computer and hardware to reset itself

- If possible, uninstall the software and reinstall it.
