Guidelines for online therapy

Congratulations that you have begun to seriously consider what it will take to participate in online counseling. Fortunately, you are not alone. Many mental health professional organizations have drafted standards for online counseling. Not only that, but this "Best Practice" site has already gone through these guidelines and given you a sample implementation. It is, however, a good idea for you to be familiar with at least the ones from ACA and ISMHO, to guide your practice of online therapy.
