  • You may feel more comfortable receiving therapy in the privacy of your home
  • quicker results you may feel more comfortable writing about your problems than talking about them
  • Immediacy you may write about what is bothering you sooner than if you were talking - this can bring faster resolutions to problems

Depth

  • Get in touch with what is really going on with your feelings - this by itself can be therapeutic
  • Learn more by reading your emails and chat transcripts later
  • Watch your video sessions  over and over

Flexibility

  • Choose from a wider variety of therapists than are found in your area.
